There is a timber shed and bicycle wash located at the rear of the house. Mountain bikers can cycle from here to the start of the new cycle track

Situated half a mile from Ardpatrick village which has a church, shop and traditional style pub and dance hall with nightly entertainment. On the other side it is less than a mile to the new cycle track in the Ballyhoura mountains. Ardpatrick is a seven minute drive from kilmallock which is the second biggest town in county Limerick.
Access to Limerick city and Cork city is less than 40 minutes and 50 minutes respectively. Shannon airport is a 55 minute drive.
