| Bathrooms: | Main bedrooms are ensuite with wc, whb and power shower. The main bathroom has a electric shower and bath. There is a downstairs bathroom as well. |

Linen and towels are provided. On check out the house is cleaned. During your stay a cleaning lady can be arranged with prior notice payable by the hour. |

Heating
Heating can be switched to be upstairs, downstairs or just hot water for power showers etc. Electricity and oil used is charged at the end of the week.
Pets
Pets can be catered for , for an extra charge of 40 Euro per week.
Outside
Large patio area with garden Bench . Large lawn to the back of the property with a bike rack at back with water tap beside. The property is surrounded by trees giving the property privacy. Timber gates at entrance.

Kerry airport - 80 minutes
Cork airport - 60 minutes
Shannon airport - 55 minutes
Booking notes
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. €100 deposit required on booking. The remainder is payable on arrival. Payments can be made by cheque or postal order. Breakage deposit of €100 required at start of holiday, this will be totally refunded at the end of week (assuming no breakages).
Location of guest house
Mountaineering and rock climbing are less than 1.5 hours journey by car. 2008 Specialized hardtrail and full suspension bikes available for hire locaally website www.xct1.com.
